External TV tuner box - choose a good quality as this will decide the overall sound and picture quality 4. DTH box - TataSKY, Videocon or any body 5. Power strip (also called extensions) with 4 power outputs. Preferable with individual switches. 5. (Optional) Audio cable for TV tuner to PC speakers. The most interesting part is total cost of ownership - monitor (7,000) + speaker (1000) + tv tuner (500) + DTH (1500) = 9,999/- one of the ingredients must have reduced one rupee somewhere :)) That's it !!! A LCD TV with all modern technology under 10,000 rupees !!! Can't believe it can work : The catch is that once you start using DTH (TataSKY), your TV is doing nothing.
